APPLICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT Z WAVE SURF SHOP FOR PICK UP or WE CAN EMAIL ONE TO YOU
We have 4 age divisions:
Little Miss Flagler County 5 – 7 2011
Little Miss Flagler County 8-11 2011
Miss Junior Flagler County 2011
Select the age division you qualify to enter & download an application.
Submit your application, entry fee & necessary paperwork to Z Wave Surf Shop @
400 S. Oceanshore Blvd. Flagler Beach
by Friday June 10, 2011 .
All applicants must be a full time Flagler County resident for a minimum of one year, never married,
with no children.
