THE TREZ FRASSRAND SCHOLARSHIP ESSAY began in 1997 in memory of long-time pageant coordinator, Trez Frassrand. She was coordinator & director of The Miss Flagler County Pageants from 1972 until her illness in 1995 that ultimately caused her passing in August of 1996.

ESSAY MUST BE TYPED AND 250 – 500 WORDS.
ESSAYS ARE JUDGED BY AN INDEPENDENT PANEL OF JUDGES AND ARE ANONYMOUSLY JUDGED.
