MISS FLAGLER COUNTY ITINERARY
HELLO LADIES!
WE HAVE SOME EXCITING PRE-PAGEANT ACTIVITIES FOR YOU.
THESE ACTIVITIES WILL BE GREAT EXPOSURE FOR YOU AND WILL MAKE
YOUR PAGEANT EXPERIENCE A LOT MORE FUN!
FRIDAY, JUNE 17th – 7p.m. – PROGRAM PICTURES
Miss Flagler Contestants will be taking a group photo & individual photos.
For photos a one piece must be worn, but not the same as your pageant swimsuit.
All tattoos & body piercings must be approved by pageant directors prior to
photo session & pageant.
MONDAY, JUNE 20TH – GROUP SURF LESSON & BEACH SOCIAL 10A.M.
MEET AT Z WAVE SURF SHOP & WE WILL GO ACROSS THE STREET.
WEAR A COMFORTABLE SWIMSUIT & RASHGUARD (IF YOU HAVE ONE) TO SURF IN
AND BRING A TOWEL!!
WE WILL PROVIDE LIGHT REFRESHMENTS AFTERWARDS &
THIS WILL BE A CHANCE FOR YOU TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE ABOUT
THE PAGEANT. WE WILL ALSO REVIEW IMPORTANT INTERVIEW SKILLS AND
OTHER PAGEANT TIPS.
PLEASE RSVP BY FRIDAY 6/17 FOR THIS EVENT SO WE KNOW HOW MANY
INSTRUCTORS TO HAVE ON HAND.
SUNDAY, JUNE 26, 2011 – PAGEANT DAY!
DO NOT MISS REHEARSAL 10A.M. – 11A.M.
BRING THE SHOES YOU WILL BE WEARING ON STAGE TO PRACTICE WALKING IN SO
YOU ARE COMFORTABLE ON PAGEANT DAY.
YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR LINE-UP # & BE LEARNING THE OPENING NUMBER. THIS REHEARSAL IS CRUCIAL TO LEARNING THE DO’S & DON’TS OF THE STAGE.
5pm – Interview with judges at Flagler Auditorium. Please enter through back stage entrance.
Arrive by 4:30 ready & dressed in business attire for judge’s interview.
Bring everything you will need for the pageant with you!
You will not be allowed to leave after the interview, so if you need a drink & snack bring it with you.
Pageant begins at 7pm. No parents, friends, or relatives will be allowed backstage after 4:45pm,
so again, BRING EVERYTHING YOU NEED WITH YOU!
MAKE SURE FRIENDS & FAMILY HAVE PURCHASED THEIR TICKETS TO THE PAGEANT!!!
